I brought in my 2008 GMC for an oil change. The tech noticed a marker light out and I had him take care of that as well. I have noticed that the last two times I came on Saturday for an oil change the wait was over an hour. I know that this is partly due to the random arrival of other people, but maybe there is some way to adapt to spikes in demand.

After "pairing" my wife's cell phone,(a real cheap pay as-you-go phone) We had issues with the radio system acting sluggish. This also had an effect on the back up camera showing a 10 second delay. Service thought it was a faulty radio and promptly sent for a new one. After the new radio was installed, we once again "paired" the phone and found the same issues!. It was then we realized what was the cause. A service tech brought the vehicle in to reload and update the software. Grand Buick gave us a loaner to do some running while we waited, (thanks). When we returned a half hour later all was right again. Notes were taken about the phone that was used and was turned in for GM to fix the bug.
The whole time, while very frustrating, Grand Buick was VERY apologetic and did everything they could to make it up to us...Even filled or gas tank!
I have owned 6 brand new vehicles in my life and I would come back to this dealership. It's easy to be called a GOOD dealership when all goes well and the customers drive off without any incidents, but when problems arise is when you find out their true make up. It's all about how they handle problems that arise and can still get customers to be willing to shop at their establishments again is what makes a dealership stand out above the rest.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Grand for many years, mostly for oil changes as I have been fortunate to have had vehicles that have been very reliable. Plus I have a Son who works on vehicles and can do the small things that come up from time to time. The few major repairs that I have had done at Grand have been performed to my satisfaction with a courteous and professional attitude.
Their waiting area is plain yet comfortable although I am usually not sitting in there for very long as the service department is very efficient. I usually have just enough time to catch some news on the television and enjoy a small bag of popcorn.
